The staff is very friendly and quick to assist. The courtesy especially at the front desk simply the best
Housekeeping really, the floors were not swept and some days housekeeping comes after 15:00.
I wish there would have been a variety for the cold breakfast, eating something everyday for 5 days is a bit of a bore

The location is very good, the staff is excellent and the complimentary shuttle to Waterfront is reliable and frequent. In general You feel safe and comfortable in the hotel.

Old hotel, cigarrete smell on the entire 9th floor, tiny fitness centre, mould in the shower. The AC light kept me awake at hight.
