Location, Room and free parking
Lack of attention: no coffee, no milk, no corkscrew etc.
We also had a dispute about a room upgrade. It was obvious at checkout there was a plan! Stern faces, not listening. I’ll stay outside of the city next time

The hotel was well positioned and in a safe area which is important. That facilities were good, although I did not use many of them as I was out and about. The staff were efficient and extremely helpful.
The shower was never hot and had no water pressure. The price was a little expensive.

Great location and extremely friendly staff.
We got the room right next to the gym. We didn’t think anything of it at first until 5 am when we got woken up by dropped weights. Felt like it was Black Saturday because of no noise cancellation of any kind. They knew exactly what kind of room they were giving us but didn’t deem necessary to give us a heads up. BTW the gym is open 24/7 so we might have got lucky with 5 am. Anyway, that made our experience way worse.
