Location and size of apartment was great - this was our second stay so I knew what to expect.
It’s good value for money but some changes need to be made.
The bathrooms are not good. The design, and the way the shower door floods the bathroom. We had to change apartments twice because of this reason.
The neighboring apartment smoking marijuana was particularly unpleasant- the staff were very sympathetic and did note my complaint.

Location excellent for our needs and close proximity to some restaurants outside of the Waterfront.

The apartment was very much spacious . We loved the balcony.
We are smokers and the fact that we could not even smoke on the balcony was very unpleasant . My Husband got up in the middle of the night to drink a glass of water and saw water on the floor almost to the bathroom because of the tap in the kitchen that is leaking. The tap needed to be closed a certain way in order for it not to leak . We suggest you work out a different system for entering parking. We gave our car details to register our car to enter and leave parking, however security needed to phone reception and when we checked out it took almost 10 minutes , because the security needed to phone and confirm again . The security ask how did we get in as if it was our fault that the boom is not opening.
