Great stay! Easy check in

Check in was easy and organised. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Bed was comfortable. Could easily call room service to the downstairs restaurant untill 10pm. Food portion was big.

I went up to the rooftop to see the view and to scout if it's a place I would want to book for dinner (the view is AMAZING btw), however the staff were extremely uptight and did not want me to have a look at the view. I would still like to book there, but it soured my experience. As a hotel guest, I feel that they could give me 5 minutes to see the place when the place isn't full. I did not disturb any guests, there were only 2 people on the rooftop outside area so I really can't see any point why I couldn't just have a quick peak. It's not like I wanted to look but not book. I actually would like to go there, however I am weary if the service will be friendly and inviting.

Exceptional

Very modern and clean apartment. The hotel had a nice rooftop bar for sunset views over capetown. Property less than 5 minutes drive from waterfront.

The cleaning staff wouldn’t knock before coming in to clean the room - important to use the do not disturb sign if you want a lie in in the morning!!

Very good

The staff were very friendly and cooperative, the room was spacious, it was extremely clean, the bed was comfortable.

The air vents were poor, it leaked smoking smell to our room

Stunning place with a great steaks restaurant to chill

Cool setting. The steaks in the hotel restaurant shines with flying colours! The grilled steaks were superb!

Toiletries like shampoo n body wash only enough for 1 time used, that was not great for a cool hotel

Awesome location, consistent and friendly service.

Awesome location, friendly staff and definitely value for money. I've returned to this property many times and the service has always been consistent.

There is not much not to like about this property but I'd prefer a better selection of tv channels.

Great option for quick business trip to Cape Town CBD

Lovely room with a good view over the foreshore area. My room even benefitted from seeing a small slice of the sea,. Well fitted kitchen with everything I needed. Very engaging and friendly reception and cleaning staff. Comfortable bed, crisp linen and well-maintained facilities. Easy walk into Cape Town CBD.

I was surprised that there are no breakfast facilities, although there are a number of possibilities close by.

It was definitely very good.

The room was very practical, in good size. The staff was amazingly helpful and nice. The location was good and centric.

Nothing special. The location is in the down town kind of area. We were not sure if it was safe to walk around or not.

The stay was great, but the first impressions were not.

The venue was great and well located, central to all activities and our business venue. There were excellent coffee shops and places to have alternate breakfast just outside the hotel.

After we checked in and got to our room, we realized that the room allocated to us was not what we requested. On inquiry, we were told that they had problems with the room allocation and were overbooked. However, within a few minutes, the rooms were changed and I was allocated the correct category room and moved by the porter. Why was I not told this when they allocated me a room but waited for me to raise the issue?

I love the modern fittings, Modern decor and the Kitchen area which I was not expecting for a studio unit. The kitchen area was a lovely surprise and made my stay feel more homely..

Location was good and size of room.was nice and it was selfcatering

The staff at check in was not very friendly and didnt explain much and was then left to security to take us to our room and he didnt communicate at all ..we then took a flight of steps and got stuck on fire escape with no help ..
