Erstes Mal in Radisson und nicht mein letztes Mal. Wer viel wert auf Service, Komfort und Sicherheit legt ist hier richt

Super freundliche Mitarbeiter egal in welchem Bereich. Schöner Ausblick aus dem Superior Zimmer. Frühstück mit viel Auswahl und frischem Omelette

Lovely City Escape

The property offers exceptional service. The RBG Grill food was superb, and the Sirlion Steak was one of the best steaks that I had in a long time. The kitchen definitely knows what they are doing.

The pillows on the bed weren't very comfortable and is very soft and flat, and I ended up taking pillows off the couch because it was more firm. I would suggest that two pillows are on each bed. One soft, and one hard and firm.

Good experience all-in-all.

Lovely breakfast and the city view from the room and rooftop is lovely. Front desk staff and very energetic and professional. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The aircon did not work although I did not report it.

Dobry pobyt na pare

Hotel w dobrej lokalizacji ale jako turysta nie wybral bym drugi raz. Pokojom daleko do standardu hotelu 4 gwiazdkowego. Lozka wygodne . Basen jezeli tak mozna to nazwac niestey jest poddawany remontowi . Hotel powiniem na biezaco informowac przyszlych klientow. Obsulga recepcji jak rowniez sniadan podrecznikowa . Same sniadania duzy wybor i smaczne ( polecam omlety ) po jaks czasie zmienilismy lokalizacje na Sea Point i z punktu widxenia bezpieczeństwa widokow byl to doskonaly ruch . Wszystko zalezy czego oczekujesz. Hotel bardzoej pod organizacje konferencji.

Za taka cene mozna znalezc lepsza oferte .

Na ja

Bei Ankunft war das Zimmer noch nicht fertig. Wir wurden eine Stunde hingehalten, angeblich um eine Kontrolle auszuführen. Nach Bezug des Zimmers fehlten sämtliche Handtücher… alle in der Wäsche ?! Es gab erst am nächsten Tag Handtücher

J'y retournerais

L’hotel est tres bien situé entre le centre ville et waterfront, tout est accessible a pied. Le personnel, en, particulier, Fairoez, Zininzi et Christina ont été fantastiques tout au long du séjour. Les chambres tres grandes et tres confortables. Les travaux en cours ne m'ont pas derangé du tout. Bref j’y retournerais quand je serais de passage à Cape Town.

Le petit déjeuner est un peu en retrait par rapport aux autres prestations, mais reste tout de même de qualité.

Precisam melhorar esses aspectos.

O quarto é muito espaçoso, e a cama muito confortável. Gostei também das garrafas de água disponíveis no quarto diariamente, uma com gás e outra sem. O café e o chá. Muito bom

A sensibilidade das chaves é muito baixa e dificultava acionar o elevador e as vezes abrir a porta do quarto, a Internet no quarto é péssima. As vezes não conecta. Fui tomar o pequeno almoço e no regresso a chave não funcionava, fui reclamar na recepção e disseram que a chave q estava comigo não era minha,mas sim de um outro quarto. Foi muito estranho uma vez que a chave esteve sempre comigo. Penso que desativaram antes da hora do check-out, foi muito desagradável.

The room I received was very spacious.

The restaurant menu needs more variety. The presentation of food needs some upgrading. Waiters need training. Service not so great. Buffett needs a new look and upgrade. Looks tired with the two delicious monster plants. Presentation needs an update too. Pastries were old and stale accept for croissants.

It’s was AMAZING

The Staff is exceptional,they go beyond client an customer care they go the xtra mile for their clients I was auper amaze by their services we got from the door till by the reception desk SUPER PROFESSIONAL STAFF -WILBUR -ZUKISWA -BRONWYN -ANDILE -CRISTINE These five beautiful souls made my stay absolutely memorable🫶🏻🫶🏻

Not quite the Raddison that I am used to.

Location for VFS Global Visa offices was perfect, as for having walking access to central Cape Town. The area is modern and clean. The staff were great, rooms lovely and modern and clean. The breakfast was fresh and varied. Security is good with key cards for lift access.

We arrived after dark, and I felt quite apprehensive on arrival, being my first time at Park Inn Raddison. The foyer area is dreadfully dark. Same with the 6th floor - very poorly lit, and it gave off a very dismal appearance. Then we went to the 11th floor, and same - so poorly lit with no atmosphere, no coffee. It felt like the hotel was closed. It was a Sunday night. I did not feel comfortable to even ask where we could have dinner in the hotel, so we went to our room at 6:30pm and stayed there. It was not a good experience. In the morning, with daylight, it seemed much better.

The rooms are clean and the staff was very pleasant. Noxsie understood how i like my coffee

The breakfast is fine but does not have a lot of variety, they offer eggs, mushroom, chefs' speciality which also contains eggs, we only got sausages on request

If I have a meeting at the CTICC, I will definitely stay here again.

The room was comfortable and the location was excellent as I had to attend a conference at the convention center.

The water temperature wasn't consistent. Occasionally the water in the shower in the morning did not heat up.
