The food was really very good, with very generous portion sizes.
The cappuccino was always lukewarm, and always served without a teaspoon. I had to ask 2 different staff member's to finally obtain a teaspoon with my coffee.

The location was great, very central. They have a van that can drop you off and pick you up from the V&A for free. The staff are really great as well and very helpful with everything. The sockets are a bit different depending on where you are from, but the hotel provides adapters. The view of the table mountains is great.

The staff was excellent. Very friendly , from the gentleman who checked us in on Thursday, the front desk staff, the kitchen staff and the security staff. Customer service excellent.

The location was excellent. Close to everything.
The service was not so great. Staff were very kind but would forget our requests or just weren’t as efficient as we would expect. We booked an airport transfer for 3 people plus a baby, they sent us and made us pay for a 12pax van with luggage carriage at the back. I don’t know how they got it so wrong when we sent an email.
