I really took time before I wrote a review because this property deserves a well-written review. The place is very quiet, clean, comfortable and the breakfast is superb! You can’t feel that you’re at the busy part of Puerto Princesa because it has a long driveway that isolates it from the noise of the road. It feels very homey, we loved the breakfast so much as we were expecting it was just a standard breakfast. No, it was a superb, well-prepared, big serving, delicious breakfast and I’m not exaggerating it (staycation is my thing so I know a good hotel when I see one haha). The staff are so nice and kind, always smiling and attending to our needs. They are very patient even when we brought kids who are a bit loud. The café has good food and is very quiet. The pool is well-maintained and fit for families as it’s not too deep. The design of the room and the amenities are not only aesthetically-pleasing but also functional which is rare in hotels nowadays. Our family stayed for two nights and three days, all is smooth and it really exceeded our expectations. I will definitely go back here soon.

The air conditioner in room 15 was too noisy,i suggest you get new air conditioners that are quiet.

The staff were really great, friendly and accommodating. The location is also good as it is not too close to the main road but near enough for a quick walk. It is close to a mall and several good restaurants. They also have a kid friendly pool which was a big plus.
We've stayed 4 nights but there were no cleaning services offered, no change in beddings, towels or even refill of toilet papers. We had to call and request for new towels as the ones initially provided got wet from the pool.

Being charged extra for an egg when only getting one egg and toast that was half cooked for breakfast, to many Mosquitoes in the room and back window left open , A/c not working
