The place looks beautiful but nothing was open - the cafe and bar were both closed - staff not very communicative- bed was so hard I couldn’t sleep - noise from outside was terrible

Excellent location, good size room, staff willing to help.
WiFi not available in the rooms (only certain area. Main front door made a lot of noise after 5am when people went out. Also windows did not have screen so I couldn’t keep it open for all the insects that came in.

The historical,architectural beauty of San Nicolas el Real was great.
I don’t like it when images of food are posted on websites of the place you will be staying at. This is very misleading. After walking all day the last thing you want to do is worry about finding food. The property should really make it clear that food is not available or that it is seasonal. The provided heater in our room did not work. Was very cold.
