Extérieur agréable mais confort limité

Literie et canapé pas confortable, machine à laver avec un hublot bloqué après cycle et impossible à ouvrir, propreté pas au top.

Séjour exceptionnel

Séjour exceptionnel! Tout était parfait!!! Vue magnifique, appartement( maison) très beau et très bien situé, il ne manquait rien niveau équipements. Le +++ est l'espace extérieur et évidemment la magnifique piscine bien rafraîchissante, après une journée découverte de la région en pleine chaleur😁 Michèle est une hôte sympathique et discrète. J'ai malencontreusement cassé un bain de soleil, Michèle ne m'en à pas tenu rigueur ( tonton baboom comme dirait ma nièce Maëva mdr🤣) Message de Maëva: on est bien là...on est bien

Pour ma part uniquement, le matelas est trop peu epais pour ma corpulence

Zusatzkosten für Bettwäsche; Schlafkomfort schlecht; Haus in schöner Hanglage.

Unterkunft in schöner Hanglage. Einfach zu finden. Die Bilder des Studios entsprechenden weitestgehend der Realität. Die Unterkunft ist aber insgesamt eine Enttäuschung und somit keine Empfehlung. Resümee: Freundlicher Empfang, dezente Gastgeber. Gut Englisch sprechend. Kurze Einweisung in das Objekt, danach Privatsphäre. Die Terrasse ist geräumig, mit großem Tisch und ansprechend. Küche komplett und funktional. Klimaanlage, Wi-Fi und kostenloser Parkplatz vorhanden. Ruhige Umgebung und Garten vorhanden.

Der schriftlich vereinbarte Preis für das Studio wurde nach Vertragsabschluss durch "booking Portal" später durch die Gastgeberin vor Ort beim Treffen um 20 € vom erhöht. Zusatzkosten für die Bettlaken und Handtücher - das Geld wurde in Bar verlangt ohne eine Quittung auszuhändigen - wovon wir das Bett-Leinen für 10€ genommen haben, weil wir selbst Badetücher hatten. Das sind bewusst versteckte Kosten - der Gastgeber erwähnt das nicht in den Richtlinien zur Unterkunft. Das ist eine unangenehme Überraschung, ein unseriöses Verhalten! Die Bettdecke selbst ist eine Wolldecke, die wir dann selber bezogen haben. Das Bett, ein billiges Klapp-Sofa mit durchgelegenen Spiralfedern - unbequem und eine Zumutung. Zusammenfassend hat das Studio wenig Charme. Badezimmer Dusche okay, jedoch mit Schiebetür nicht verschließbar und Spalt. Fernseher ohne Funktion - kein Problem. Bei geöffneter Terrassentür geschlafen, weil es kein anderes Fenster gab, welches man öffnen konnte. Pool für alle Wohneinheiten, Wasser eher trüb.

Nice place for longer stay.

Good location on the hill with mountains and sea view. Washing machine and dishwasher. Modern heating and air conditioning. Clean and private garden.

It would be nice to be written in the description of the property before reservation is made that the towels and bed linen are not included in the price. The cost of it is an extra charge of 10€ per set :( This information comes after the booking is completed and there is no free cancellation policy. Otherwise, after adding this budget you can find different place and not to sleep on the folding couch with the fridge next to your head.

Ideal place for relaxation

This place is wonderful base to explore Côte d'Azur best beaches and most popular attractions. Bottom part of the house is for rent, top part is for owners. Hosts are very polite, helpful and extremely friendly people, who helped us to feel like at home. There is nice pool 1 level below apartment. Kitchen is fully equipped. Comfortable beds. Good WiFi. View from the apartment is wonderful. A lot of trees outside make you feel you live in the forest. Nearest sandy beach near Saint Maxime is 8 minutes away by car, Saint Tropez is 40-60 minutes away depending on season and time of day.

Nothing bad to say.

A beautiful house and very nice owners

The owner was extremely friendly and nice. The house is beautiful and cosy, not far away from the beach. The beds are comfortable. It has an own swimming pool, trampoline for the kids etc. We were extremely happy and satisfied and would go again, when we have an opportunity.
