Location was excellent—3 minute walk to the cathedral, dining, apperitivi, parking—it was perfect.
The team was warm and personable and welcoming.
The room was amazing! Comfortable, large, climate controlled, and lots of natural light and airflow so one didn’t need AC. it was quiet at night and clean. Highly recommend.
I only have one dislike, and it would not stop from staying there again or recommending to friends if they were aware: there are 43 steps to the room. Yes, that makes me sound old, and yes that makes me sound like an American, but it is a consideration.

The location was fantastic - Francesca and the staff were friendly. The rooms were stylish and beautifully kept, the bed comfortable.
We liked everything but it would have scored even more highly if there had been somewhere comfortable to sit other than lying on your bed.

Location was excellent. Breakfast was poor.
Check out time between 8am and 10am was ridiculously early.
More space to put clothes would be better.
Staff mostly unavailable. Breakfast limited.
