From check-in to check-out, our entire stay was smooth, comfortable, and exceptionally well supported by the front-desk team, particularly the manager, Mr. Orkan.
We requested interconnecting rooms, and the hotel kindly accommodated our request. We were also welcomed with complimentary drinks and fruit, which was a thoughtful touch. Spacious Room, Clean and neat. Beds were also comfortable.
There is no doubt that it is the staff who ultimately make a hotel experience either excellent or disappointing. When the manager and relevant team members genuinely care, take personal interest in their guests, and maintain the property well, regardless of its location or physical condition, the hotel can truly deliver a five star experience.
We felt so comfortable that we extended our stay by an additional night, even though we had originally planned to spend that night at another five star hotel in Baku.
I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baku and sincerely thank Mr. Orkan and his team for their outstanding hospitality.
My only concern is that, when I return, the wonderful staff may have changed! 😊

There were many good things,
The front office manager Mr. Orkhan and the receptionist , Nigar and Afaq were very helpful, so if you face any problem , just talk with them.
All our requests were taken care of,
They speak fluent English,
I stayed for one day and then went to gabala and on the way back , I booked it again , as I like the hospitality and the calm and quiet environment.
The Room was spacious , I have lived in other hotels in Baku too , but this was the most spacious one,
Before booking any hotel , I have read reviews of too many hotels , with many facing , sound proofing issues , as they can hear everything from other rooms , specially near nizami street, or the air conditioning was not working during summers or smaller rooms or the hotels without lifts,. So I have a fear in mind .but I was relaxed as these issues were not present in this hotel.
They have a good range of breakfast.
The Room was toddler friendly, where toddler can play due to spacious room and less fear of falling down.
It's really an under rated hotel, If you are expecting a budget hotel with good facilities , then it is the one .
It was a little far away from the city center. So every time I have to book a bolt. But , upon looking at reviews of the hotel near the nizami street, the good ones were very very expensive. So this hotel's good points cover the fact that it's far from the city center . Moreover, except nizami street. You can have in mind the distance will be 10-15 mins. Here it was 25 mins ,
It was a quiet hotel, in a quiet neighborhood , which I liked, far from the hustling city , just locals going to offices and doing their chores .
I didn't have time to explore the swimming and other activities, but by the look , it was good.
For some, carpet may look old, but for me it was fine.
I didn't come here for exceptional things , I came here to get basic things in an exceptional way, which I found.
And
I hope they don't raise the prices on my next stay here..

Mr. Orkhan possesses all the qualities of an exemplary hospitality professional: he is exceptionally accommodating, remarkably considerate, highly articulate, and consistently attentive to even the smallest details. His willingness to go above and beyond, combined with his sophisticated manner and sincere commitment to guest satisfaction, deserves the highest recognition.
I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to Miss Nigar, whose gracious personality, efficiency, and welcoming approach further enhanced our experience.
Mr. Orkhan is undoubtedly a tremendous asset to Wyndham Baku, and his exceptional service deserves both recognition and commendation. We sincerely hope to have the pleasure of meeting him again on our future visits to Baku.

The rooms were very spacious and the reception staff was very helpful. Budget friendly.
The location of the hotel is not the best - a fairly deserted street with no coffee shops, restaurants, or grocery stores in walking distance. The lobby was poorly lit for some reason although they had several lights that were not turned on. On the way to our room (at 7 pm) we noticed several rooms with open doors which appeared to not have been cleaned post the last guest checking out. When we asked for water it was again the reception staff that came up to our floor and delivered it leaving us with the overall impression that the hotel was short staffed.
