The staff was very helpful and polite, especially, Ms Farana, who helped us a lot during our stay. They even arranged for our car to Shahdag which was a big help for us.
The facilities were not as shown in the picture. We booked King Suite and expected the same level, but apart from the room size, there was nothing "King" about it. We were traveling with our kids, and despite the facilities mentioned a sofa bed at the time of booking, there was only two single chairs, and I was told that additional bed will cost more money (we're already paying good price for the room). Overall, the hotel had very dim lights that dont give a positive vibe. Despite the facilities list mentioning Ironing facility, We were told it will be on request (no extra charge I assume). They offered complimentary fruits, that weren't fresh, and during our two night stay, they didnt change/ replace those fruits at all. The booking said its sound proof, but both nights we stayed, there was a very loud music continously played (possibly in the nearby facilities) that disturbed us a lot. The location is very far away from Baku's main attractions, not suitable for families with kids. You have to take Bolt for every thing, there was not a reasonable market/ restaurant or any attraction within the walking distance. Not sure if I'll book with them when I visit Baku again.

From check-in to check-out, our entire stay was smooth, comfortable, and exceptionally well supported by the front-desk team, particularly the manager, Mr. Orkan.
We requested interconnecting rooms, and the hotel kindly accommodated our request. We were also welcomed with complimentary drinks and fruit, which was a thoughtful touch. Spacious Room, Clean and neat. Beds were also comfortable.
There is no doubt that it is the staff who ultimately make a hotel experience either excellent or disappointing. When the manager and relevant team members genuinely care, take personal interest in their guests, and maintain the property well, regardless of its location or physical condition, the hotel can truly deliver a five star experience.
We felt so comfortable that we extended our stay by an additional night, even though we had originally planned to spend that night at another five star hotel in Baku.
I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baku and sincerely thank Mr. Orkan and his team for their outstanding hospitality.
My only concern is that, when I return, the wonderful staff may have changed! 😊

The rooms were very spacious and the reception staff was very helpful. Budget friendly.
The location of the hotel is not the best - a fairly deserted street with no coffee shops, restaurants, or grocery stores in walking distance. The lobby was poorly lit for some reason although they had several lights that were not turned on. On the way to our room (at 7 pm) we noticed several rooms with open doors which appeared to not have been cleaned post the last guest checking out. When we asked for water it was again the reception staff that came up to our floor and delivered it leaving us with the overall impression that the hotel was short staffed.
