AC. Quiet street. Quiet building. 10-15 min walk to centre. Staff/owner very responsive via message and very happy to offer tips for activities etc
Not that well set up for cooking. I suspect the expectation is that you’d eat out for every meal. Didn’t find out the exact address until the day itself. Lots of pictures in the advert but most were other apartments so difficult to understand exactly where you would be going.

Excellent location. Easy to get by foot to the city centre.
The tiny balcony is very nice.
Quiet neighbours.
The apartment was probably very nice when new, but now everything is super used and close to broken.
- the toilet seat and the flushing button need to be repaired
- calk with mould in the bathroom that needs to be redone
- the mattresses are worn-out, have many stains and are not comfortable
- most of the furniture is worn-out with holes in the finish surface
- some lights flicker a lot (very annoying,) indicating end-of-life for lightbulbs
- the fridge drainage has mould
The cleaning was very superficial: lots of sticky surfaces in the kitchen and lots of dust on the floor.
