Could not obtain keys or check in instructions.

This property is a rip off / scam artist. We booked this through work and confirmation received with phone number on to obtain check in instructions. I left work at 5pm. Another message came through after this with another phone number on to call. Then 10 mins after the 2nd message, another message with another different phone number on it to call. Our employees could not get any answer whatsoever on the confirmation number given, nor would they answer emails. Our MD even got involved, but with no success. We then had to find alternative accommodation 9pm at night because of this. I called the next morning and Mr Mehdi was rude and abrupt on the phone and hung up on me. Would then not answer any of my phone call, and I kept trying all day> DO NOT USE. Also wants £500 deposit in CASH???? Not a reputable man / company. BEWARE. Fighting for a refund over this.

Owner of property, rude and arrogant. Rip off scam artist. DO NOT USE

Housekeeping and housekeeper. Friendly Manager.

London Metropolitan Police came to my apartment, banging on the door. Apparently, it was a wrong address. I felt vulnerable and insecure. It was reported and they later called me from the office to offer their apology. Also, to avoid slip and fall, the shower bath needs to be changed to the walk-in shower closet, and install hand supports.
