Чудові апартаменти в чудовому місті

Все дуже сподобалося! Місце просто неймовірне і приємне, апартаменти мають все необхідне. Дуже затишна і тиха вулиця. Дуже близько метро і укриття, до головних центральних закладів міста можна дістатися пішки за 5 хвилин

Трішки хотілося б краще полагоджений душ з більш швидким нагрівом води. Також хотілося б wi-fi трішки постабільніше, бо знадобився для роботи, але іноді звʼязок був повільний, але це не критично

Затишний відпочинок

Дякую, все було нормально. В будинку є ліфт. Мені дуже сподобався балкон та освітлення природне в квартирі. Було чисто і зручно.

Супер незручне ліжко. Матрац було б добре замінити.

I am not sure why but there was no hot water in the unit. The whole experience was impacted by this small yet important detail. I had to boil water in a kettle. I could not wash my hair during the whole stay. Otherwise, it would have been a very nice stay.

Beautiful area to stay in.

The location is premium. Close walk to several places. Globus mall is nearby as are several restaurants. Below apartment is a grocery and a bake shop. very convenient.

Hot water was plentiful for a shower. If you wanted a bath you might run out of hot water. The traffic pattern in the area is complcated with one way streets.

Very good location. Close metro. Nice classic building. Clean apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Available parking secured. Very good WI-FI. Friendly concierge.

Bumpy beds. Really need to change the mattresses. Difficult to get a proper invoice; solved in the end

I loved everything about the apartment - its location, close by restaurants. next door supermarkets and the patisserie made exceptional french croissants. Main street withon minutes walk too! Next time I am in Kiev, I will ask Leona and Alex, the taxi driver friends to repeat their great hospitality.

Difficult to find any singke fault. My stay was like near perfect !

The location was great. Close to the facilities. The interior was gorgeous.

It wasn’t clean properly. All the bathroom facilities wasn’t clean. The toilet wasn’t flushing properly when we arrived. It was blocked. We had to unblock it with our own hands. We were staying there for 5 days. Out of 5 days we had 3 days without hot water, even though the landlady was very helpful and explained us how to turn the boiler on, it took ages to heat up and was only enough for 2 minutes.

The apartment looks amazing, everything was comfy, kitchen had basic appliances that were enough for the 2 days we stayed. Bathroom is also nice and spacious.

There's nothing I didn't like but there was a bit of a problem with the water going down in the shower. Otherwise everything else was great.

A 2 week stay

Nice old apartment, very fine furniture (dresser and hutch). Location very good. Great indian restaurant right up the street and Chicken Kiev restaurant just down the street. Easy communication via message/email, good value for taxi (prompt and friendly).

Perhaps, an earlier maid service. Fix plumbing for appropriate convention (left for hot).

Huge but very simple

Excellent and speedy communication with the host. Nothing much to like.

Dont´t be mislead what you see on the pictures regarding location and the apartment itself! Read description carefully! Our apartement was actually on the pictures 80th etc (understood that later). Only one bedroom has windows. Key pick-up point is few kilometers away.

About this apartment in kiev

The location was wrong its not the same as its shows in booking !!!, the elevator stopped working for two days and the apartment in the fifth floor so the situation was so hard , and not all the lights worked in the apartment , and not all bedrooms have air conditioner and I would not recommend to book for anyone .

Wouldn't recommend, old apartment

Good location. Lot of space.

First I have to say the apartment is in need of renovation, it's quite old, the bathrooms smelled very bad, the jacuzzi is dirty and rusty and the bubbles don't work properly. As you can see in the pictures, the water is yellow. Also, it says there are two "sofa beds", which is not true, there are just two normal sofas that you can sleep on but it's not comfortable. in two of the rooms, there are no window and no air is circulating which makes it hard to breathe (this was in winter so can't imagine in summer). Also the balcony looks like it's about to fall. Very bad communication with the staff. Usually didn't answer when we had requests, except when we asked to change a shower head which was not working. I wouldn't recommend, until they freshen up the apartment which has good potential.

If you are 3 and more - go , dont think

Virtually everything ... Location one of the best in town , capacity is enormous , clean and cozy , 2 balcones , 3 toilets , 2 showers , one jacuossy , need more... ? Ahh , fair price.

Very central

Very central. Good size/rather large - and clean. Hundreds of cafés, restaurants and bars near-by. Also a metro is near-by.

Needs to be cleaned need more toilet paper and clean Towel. All sheets need to be changed.
