Great location, beautiful, spacious, cute balcony, easy check in and check out. Ms Leona sent the power schedule every night so I had an updated schedule for the following day. Front door/security ladies were sweet.
I suppose needing to be let in but that is a positive for those looking for extra security.

Я жила в двокімнатній квартирі на вул. Лютеранській (та яка з піаніно).
Квартира мені сподобалась і подальше спілкування з її справжнім господарем. Це історична будівля з дуже міцними товстими стінами і гарним видом на центр Києва. Квартира дуже тиха і затишна, автентична і тепла. Це квартира з історією, її власник дуже приємний чоловік.
Квартира знаходиться на 5му поверсі, якщо ви не можете підніматись так високо, врахуйте це, бо при відключенні світла, ліфт не працює.
До самої квартири в мене претензій немає, єдине що мені не сподобалось, це спілкування з Оленою, яка займається здачею цього житла, як посередник. Я просто рекомендую спілкуватись з нею тільки через букінг , щоб були докази того, про що ви домовлялись, без дзвінків, бо Олена говорить одне, а потім зовсім інше.

The location was great. Close to the facilities.
The interior was gorgeous.
It wasn’t clean properly.
All the bathroom facilities wasn’t clean.
The toilet wasn’t flushing properly when we arrived. It was blocked. We had to unblock it with our own hands.
We were staying there for 5 days. Out of 5 days we had 3 days without hot water, even though the landlady was very helpful and explained us how to turn the boiler on, it took ages to heat up and was only enough for 2 minutes.
