Spacious living area. Comfortable beds. Nice situation. Quiet location with nice views. Nearest towns were within 15 mins driving. Clubhouse was nice with restaurant facilities.
Bathrooms were not easily accessible for disabled guest.

Very spacious, good facilities, all equipment you need. Drying room was a godsend due to the weather. Fantastic value for what we paid with as much golf as you wanted included. Good location for borders and Edinburgh. Lovely view from cottage. free WiFi
hot water for bath was bit erratic all other water seemed to be really hot but difficult to run a hot bath. very low pressure for showers.

The location is great for the A7 link to practically anywhere in Scotland. But comfortably anywhere in the boarders.
The free golf on site and superb food were worth the trip alone.
It’s hard to find anything to complain about. My only frustration wasn’t particularly the venues fault. I assume the previous occupant was a heavy smoker. The entrance to the property was stale with the smell of it and some of our clothes even smelt that had been in the wardrobe.
This is despite the multiple stickers and notices stating smoking wasn’t permitted, I believe the smell came from the clothing of the previous Tennant as opposed to someone actively smoking in there.
