Location -
The hotel is bang opposite the Gregory Lake, thus give a awesome view through the day especially the sunrise.
There were 2 decent veg family restaurants at walking distance to meet your lunch, dinner needs, though the hotel had a restuarant which provided Ala-carte as well.
Room Facilities
The room was decent sized for a family of 3.
The washroom had 24*7 Hot and Cold Water
Rooms were w/o AC and fans, but the weather is awesome so you need one
The room has a decent size balcony to enjoy the morning view

BF was provided on time as requested, they made special arrangements for us as we were vegetations. We tried Spring Hoppers which was a new local veg dish for us
Commercial -
The hotel was good, the stay was decent but then I felt the charges were on the higher side. As it did not have any amenities like gym, swimming pool etc.

Staff were good. They fulfilled our request.
Washroom fan didn’t work properly.. Entrance has lots of mosquitoes.
