Wow talk about a hidden gem this is it!!
We were welcomed with small tapas & tea on our arrival taken to our room it was clean tidy. We arrived later than we expected, they offer to cook us dinner, while we waited we swam in the heated outdoor pool & after a long day travelling was just what we needed. We needed an early check-out and they were happy to open the kitchen for us
We could not ask for anything more, the hotel is near new.
You will not be disappointed with this hotel

Wir haben uns nicht so richtig wohlgefühlt, ohne das wir das an einem prägnanten Punkt festmachen können.
Das Badezimmer war so feucht nach dem Duschen dass man trotz Fenster und Lüftung keine Chance auf halbwegs trockene Handtücher am nächsten Tag hatte.
Der Pool war nicht nur beheizt, er war wirklich heiß. Vielleicht für spätabends oder in der Nacht OK, das haben wir aber nicht mehr ausprobiert. Am Nachmittag war es schlicht nicht auszuhalten (heißer als ein Whirlpool).
Dafür war das Frühstück komplett kalt (auch die Gereichte, die eigentlich warm sein sollten). Insgesamt hat uns das Essen nicht geschmeckt und der Speiseraum direkt vor den Zimmern war gewöhnungsbedürftig. Außer Wasser und Tee gab es quasi keine Getränke, selbst Sprite oder Cola waren schwierig, Alkohol wurde gar nicht serviert.
Irgendwie wirkte alles irgendwie lieblos. Obwohl andere Unterkünfte in Sri Lanka wesentlich einfacher waren, hat uns diese am wenigsten gefallen.
