The room was very spacious and looked and smelt clean. Bed was comfortable and rooms were away from road so it was quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Bath was a bonus, toiletries all smelt lovely.
Had secure parking.
Would definately stay there again

Good underground secure parking with EV charging.
Nice helpful staff.
Clean and room seemed to be well insulated from other rooms.
We only had the studio but it had a good little kitchen.
Great free shuttle service which took us down to the Glen Hotel and Tavern. Approx 15 easy walk back at night fairly well lit and seemed safe.
Unfortunately and this is out of the establishments control this area seems to have a lot of hooning at night and early morning. We left the window cracked a bit and we couldn't sleep. Made sure it was closed the next 3 nights.

I mean it was everything I needed for what I was doing. Like I said staff were super helpful, the receptionists were awesome aswell. They were like the go-to people.

Great room with comfy big bed cooking facilities, media big screen, TV, big room with plenty of space for bathroom, dining & sleeping. Close to conference centre.
