I like the location and the majestic view of mayon

The rooftop terrace was great. The staff was super friendly and helpful. A great location for visiting Mayon volcano.. Free drinking water.
The room was not very cozy and not clean. It was very loud in the night, you hear doors slaming all night long.

Simple, clean room with mountain view from the balcony. Views from the rooftop terrace are great of the mountain, just with the petrol station in the way. Ok value for money.
The location is close to Cagsawa ruins and ATV providers but little else (other than McDonalds). The hotel does not have any food service and little around to eat other than McDo.
Road is loud
so recommend ear plugs.
