Breakfast, cleanliness, value for money & location are all good with only walking distance to Robinson’s supermarket, main road’s commercial district, church & all. For beautiful spots like Cagsawa ruins & Mayon Volcano, you can either ride by jeepney, tricycle or grab taxi for more comfort.

It’s like sweet home far from home.
The room we’re booked was great, spacious, bed wise & toilet/bathroom with amenities.
It’s walking distance to national road & transport, specialty food store, & minutes ride to shopping mall, and others. The roof deck is the best place to view the Mayon Volcano in the early morning sunrise. Grab taxi can be facilitated by the receptionist.

Clean, comfortable bed.
I selected it for a view of the volcano, but it wasn’t as good as mentioned. Too long a walk and few places to dine. Cold shower, hot water didn’t come on, after 5 min, I gave up. Forfeited 3 nights.
