The staff were incredible, so friendly and all seemed so happy to work there and to help our needs. They really made it a pleasant experience for us
My room was next to an apartment with smokers, not much can be done about that but the smell was a bit off-putting.

The breakfast was very good and the location is great. The AC functioned well on a hot day. The staff were helpful. Everything was very clean and well maintained.
The hotel interior is dated with a lot of dusty rose and red. The two twin beds for a standard room, though not unusual in Germany, are not particularly comfortable. It would be nice if the bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash instead of one all-in-one. Finally, compared to a hotel in Venice we recently stayed at for essentially the same price, this hotel is not a good value.
