The Location was excellent, the room was comfortnble and clean with toiletries.
The room appeared to have an air conditioner. It did NOT work, only the fan function so was a bit uncomfortable.

We upgraded to this room on our last night as we couldn't get out original room for a third night. This room was definitely worth the extra little money from the bunk bed style rooms and it was easier to access as well.
We were located right next to the common room and the walls are thin so we did have people being very noisy and talking loudly until late at night and then again at 6am eating and socializing in the common room which was very annoying.

Great location and nice tatami mat common area to hang out.
Beds were essentially just futons so quite hard and not super comfortable. Rooms were very small and lack of elevators (room on 4F) but this standard for Japan.

Get what you pay for, not really a place to hangout at, just for sleeping.
Clean place and convenient for a quick stop in Hiroshima with food nearby.
Beds are a bit hard, but no rock solid, is a bed afterall.
If you’re a really tall person, the beds will be on the smaller side.
