I arrived in late, after normal check in time and someone was still there and helped me get situated! Helped me with my bags! The bed was comfy and facilities were clean!

Building doesn't have an elevator but other than that there was nothing wrong!

My stay at this guest house was amazing. The staff was very friendly and always available at the reception (even outside of the check-in hours), there was nothing to do about check-out, and everything from the shared facilities, lockers, and the room itself was wonderful. The public transport to the city center was also good and easy to follow.

very close to Hiroshima station. the shared kitchen is very clean and has everything you need. The cabin is larger than the usual “capsule” you have in japan, so you won’t feel so cramped. It also has a small fan in each cabin so the air circulation was really good and can really feel the AC. free luggage storage, and the’s a café on the first floor. Compare to other capsule hotels, this is one of the best.

Great value, bed was comfortable, easy check in, showers were nice bathroom modern and new, location was next to the station. definitely would stay here again.

The bed was very comfortable and my stay was very pleasant. The location was very close to Hiroshima Station, which was awesome.

The cafe was not open early morning, I wanted to try some foods there! Looking forward to next time.

Whoever was in charge of cleaning the facility, especially the common room, bathroom, and shower did an excellent job making it SUPER clean, I was impressed! There was barely anyone else there made it feel like a private place. The bunk bed was clean, had a lockable cabinet, and even had a little built in fan for ventilation.

Unfortunately the coffee shop downstairs was closed due to covid.

There is one staff member who provides the worst service. selfish, she says the guest's luggage is in the way.

The inn was very neat, the bed was so comfy. The room was small but good for the price. Everything looked good and well maintained.

The beds!! SO comfy. The bed and pillow were the comfiest out of everywhere I've stayed in Japan. It was clean, modern, good facilities and relaxing atmosphere. In the women's shared area upstairs it kind of feels like you're in your own apartment and has a cosy feel. The staff were friendly and helpful.

If I'm being picky, the shower cubicles were quite cramped.

Very cozy dormitory with enough space and love this hostel. Very close to station and it has all the facilities that a solo traveler need.

Great location! Basically a 2-3 minute walk from train station, tram stop is literally on the right side of the hostel. It’s about a 10-12 minute walk to the center of Hiroshima city (shopping, restaurants and food) everything is super close and convenient, family mart just across the street as well as Starbucks and other places to eat. It’s all about the location. They have a cafe downstairs that’s part of the hostel that turns into a bar at night. Lots of seating area to relax and chill. Great WiFi access from everywhere. Whole kitchen to use while you stay (didn’t get a chance to use it) Staff was super super friendly!! Great place for students.

No elevator. It was literally the only downside to the place but if you don’t pack your whole closet like I do when traveling for school then you are fine using stairs.

Really like the toilet and bathroom. Extremely clean and well-equipped. Very satisfied. The staff were extremely nice too. Totally recommend getting breakfast at the cafe downstairs. The cheese toast is amazing! Thank you and will definitely stay again if I stop by at Hiroshima!

The only small complaint is that it would be nice to have a microwave upstairs since the large common room is downstairs and you have to go down in Pjs to warm up supper and breakfast which is a bit embarrassing since the common room is attached to the cafe.

Best hostel for a long time. perfect breakfast. A great place to live. Love it!
