The young lady at the desk front desk was absolutely lovely and very helpful. There were no ironing facilities in the room but after a quick message to reception, they provided us with an iron.
The rooms were clean, the bathroom was clean and the space was as expected. Bed was very comfortable!
We couldn't get access to the internet. Although we spent a lot of time out of the room, it would have been great to be able to access the internet whilst in it.
No warm options for breakfast but we knew this when booking.
There wasn't much to do (for us) in the area.

Brilliant place, wonderful room, next to great restaurant. Probably the best situated city hotel we ever stayed in and great value.
Amazingly, check in starts at 3.00 and all staff leave at 3.00 so nobody there to check you in, help with luggage , show you room. The parking is 300yds from hotel. Instructions are complex.

The two men at the desk in the mornings (I am sorry I do not know their names) were WONDERFUL!!l. I asked them where I could find the office where I could look up some records regarding my family history for genealogy purposes. The older of the two men contacted his friend and immediately they got me information reg my great, great, great grandfather that I would never have found. This was tremendously helpful and I thought they both were so kind to go out of their way to do this for me. I loved your hotel! Everyone was friendly, the location was perfect, we could walk anywhere, including to the train station. It was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and the variety of food was more than excellent it was amazing. The coffee was made fresh and delivered to our table. I would stay here again and highly recommend it. Everyone treated us so well.
There was nothing I did not like.
