This is a nicely renovated old villa and it is an enjoyable stay, very appropriate for visiting Pistoia since it is close to all the points of interest in the old town, which are reachable by foot. The room is very big and airy. The breakfast is good. The staff is nice and helpful. There are plenty of restaurants close by.
The room and the villa were clean, but we found dark stains on one of the blankets in our room. I suppose it was an unhappy accident, since all the rest was clean. Anyhow, the staff was prompt in replacing the blanket with a spotless one.

Amazing stay at an amazing property, authentic and full of character, with incredibly friendly staff (thank you, Chiara!) and one of the most beautiful breakfast room I’ve ever seen. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
AC on the top level could be more effective but it was just a minor inconvenience, everything was perfect otherwise!

Wonderful hotel, a fantastic place to stay. A beautiful old building, friendly staff, good communication from the staff, nice big room. The breakfast was very nice. Perfect location.
