Great location in every aspect, comfortable, light and quiet studio with canal view and blackout curtains. Comfortable clean bed. Separate toilet from bathroom. Decent shower products! Nice white towels. Good communication with clear instructions.
A bit dusty to my liking and kitchen cabinet doors could use some cleaning. Some furniture pieces bear the battle scars of years of faithful service. But nothing major to ruin the experience.

Simple compact but with everything at hand!

It’s a good location, only there’s a bar at the corner which can be a little noisy in the evening

It was just ok.
No AC was a bit of an issue for 1 night. It was very warm and could not open window due to "smoking" down staris at the bar. Could use hand soap and extra towels by the sinks to wash/dry hands
