This was one of the cutest & legitimately comfortable places I’ve ever stayed. The beds were actually comfortable, it was clean and the living area was very nice to sit in. The location was wonderful, had food/coffee/bars all nearby & was a simple underground journey from the airport. The staff were so quick to respond & incredibly helpful as well!

The elevator does not land on the floor. It lands midway on staircase landing.

THE LIFT DID NOT REACH OUR FLOOR SO IF YOU CARRY HEAVY LOADS MIND IT.
LIFT DID NOT GET TO OUR FLOOR. HAVE TO CARRY HEAVY LUGGAGE UPSTAIRS. WATER INGRESS THROUGH THE ROOF WHEN IT RAINED.

It’s a beautiful apartment almost in the heart of Madrid… far enough away from the noise of the city but close enough to get to the underground that takes you everywhere or simply just a 15 minute stroll into the buzzing beautiful city. The apartment has everything you can possibly need. The host was amazing, the lift wasn’t working when we got there so we had to go up 3 floors with heavy suitcases and tired after driving a few hours in an unfamiliar country , but it took just one message on whatsapp for the host to contact us immediately and get it all sorted in less than an hour from our arrival.
Nothing we didn’t like, except there was a noise that we couldn’t identify where it came from, probably the hot water system or the AC in one of the bedrooms???
