A very average stay, wouldn’t be rushing back.

Provided bike rental and had a pool.

The location of this hotel leaves you in a position where you must get taxis everywhere. The nearest town is 4km away which is a 50 minute walk. When I asked reception for a taxi that was 5 mins down the road the lady on reception said I’d have to pay her 300bhat to bring me herself as that was the minimum charge. We got a taxi on the side of the road who charged me 100bhat for the same journey. When renting the bike, she rented me a bike with no fuel and told me I’d have to pay 60bhat when everyone else was charging 40bhat. It felt like a shakedown from start to finish.

We had the best experience in Nitchanan. Everything is super clean and tidy, the owners are lovely and so kind, and were happy to help with every request of ours, any time of the day. The pool is big and clean, and the location is perfect- only a 10 minute walk to the bars and restaurants area. Very very recommended!

Our room was gorgeous, really went over and above on cleanliness and presentation. We really enjoyed the pool and motorbike rental was quick/easy. We were provided with towels for the pool as well as bath towels. Staff were very friendly and helpful! Great location.

Couldn’t get channels on the TV in our room but didn’t really need to use it.

Clean, big rooms, very friendly staff and owners and good communication.

Best Accommodation on our 6 week trip. Biggest and cleanest rooms and also great communication with the owners. Nitchanan the owner made even special requests like private boat transportation from Samui to Phangan possible within one hour. We will definitely come back next time we go to Phangan.

clean rooms with beautiful garden pool

Stayed 12 nights. The standard double room is a good size room on ground floor across from pool with a good sized fridge to store cold drinks. The host provided Daily housekeeping with fresh linens which was greatly appreciated! The grounds and rooms are kept clean. The Hosts also rent motorbikes for 250 baht (high season) which is necessary to get around the island to good beaches and town. Nitchanan, the owner, also kindly drove us to the pier for 150 baht each to catch our boat. There’s a restaurant across the road serving breakfast lunch and dinner open 6 days/ week, and 2 cafes within 5 minutes walk, as well as a sunset cocktail bar. The pool is warm and kept very clean in good condition. Wi-Fi and AC worked well. There is plenty of wardrobe space with hangers, a drying rack, and a good size bathroom with rainshower. Our room had a bench with shared small coffee table facing the pool. It was a very comfortable stay, and the hosts were friendly and hospitable. It is also the chief of police’s home, so it feels very safe to stay there. He was very friendly and generous, giving us mango sticky rice dessert and offered us a glass of whiskey!

We had a lovely time, the only small mishap was that we found a large cockroach in our bedroom on the 2nd night. It was stressful to experience at the time but the host addressed this very quickly, and also gave us spray. We were also able to change rooms the next day, and we did not experience the incident again. We hope this was a one-off as the place looks really well maintained. Also a heads up that The property is set close to the main road for the west side of the island, so we could hear noise of cars and motorbikes. The walls are a bit thin between the connecting rooms in the main building so quiet depends on the respect of the neighbouring guests.

Beautiful resort with big modern rooms. Cleaning is perfect, great pool aera. Parking aera with carports Staff was very helpful and friendly. The sunsets at Hing Kong beach are amazing, the hotel is next to the beach so in less than 2 minutes you can enjoy beach life. Lot's of good restaurant's close by. Not far from Thong sala and the ferry.

My usual thing, beds and pillow's was too hard

brilliant place to stay, would highly recommend!

modern, clean, very comfortable, convenient location - not bang in the centre but only a short trip away so ideal for somewhere a little quieter. nice restaurants within walking distance. you can rent a moped for 200 baht from the villa which is really convenient. staff are really friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here!

A wonderful stay <3

Absolutely loved this place! It is exactly how it looks like in the pictures. So clean and the rooms are massive. It's on the west of the island so you can watch the sunset from your balcony. The owner lady was so nice (so was all the other staff tbh), she helped us with our laundry and transport back to the port - with a small fee. It's in a very relaxing location, surrounded with amazing beaches and loads of cool places to eat/ drink.

But it's away from the city centre (where the port is), so you will need a motorbike.

I stayed at one of the upper pool view villas with balcony. And it couldn' t be easier to give a 10 here and the best rating for all categories. It's one of the most comfortable places I've stayed at. This place is run by a warm-hearted and very welcoming family that will help you with everything you need (taxi service, recommendations, tips and information, ferry tickets and much more.) I loved staying at this place and right in the moment I've entered the villa I regretted it that I only booked 5 nights and stayed 14 days at another place near Zen beach. The very clean villa with daily cleaning service (if wanted) offeres anything you need: spacious kitchen with mixer (I love that), big bathroom with sunken shower area to keep rest of the bathroom dry, big wardrobe to store all your stuff, lounge area with sofa and table, nice outside balcony with modern chairs & table, and a rack. If you need a taxi service ask the friendly owner to have a hassle free transport from and to the ferry.

Loved everything! clean, new and so comfortable, great beds and the linen smelts so good when I payed my head down! Absolutely lovely, helpful staff who always have a smile! Wish I had stayed sooner as it was my last night on the island! I left early and never got to say goodbye so thanks for everything! 💕

Quiet and relaxing hotel, but rent your scooters somewhere else

The room was spacious and the hotel is located in a quiet area. There are a few restaurants located nearby the hotel, but you need a scooter to explore the rest of the island.

The location of the hotel was alright, but not ideal. The scooters the hotel rents out (200 baht per day) are outdated. I constantly worried about the front tire whenever the road became bumpy (possibly an issue with the suspension).

the most comfortable bed amazing staff and owner cleaning next level hot hot water great pool quite place best environment best location on the island (been in 4 different places for 2 months) decent price modern building which is really rare in the island on the best road full of nice bars and cafes supermarket 2 minutes ride I’m travelling for 4 years- one of the best places I stayed in.

The first room (villa) was ist not worth the price. Outdated furniture and kind of rundown. The other rooms we stayed in been perfectly fine! Great value for money. The pool is super clean the host is helpful. You need a scooter but you can rent some at the pier for cheap money. We loved it here and ended up staying 10 nights instead of 3. Definitely a good place!

A little gem of a place to stay! Look no further!

The best hotel on the island. Look no further! This is a little gem of a place. We extended our stay as we loved it so much :) Nitchanan Villa is so clean, so comfortable and the owners are the nicest people you will meet. Nitchanan and her husband (the owners) are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. As soon as we arrived Nitchanan welcomed us with the biggest, friendliest smile and refreshing ice cold water. The gardens are beautiful and so well kept. The pool is spotless with comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas. The rooms upstairs are more like apartments with all you need. A kitchen well equipped, a living room with comfortable sofa and TV, a bedroom with comfy mattress and lovely clean bedding and a nice clean bathroom with a great shower and towels changed daily. During our time there we hired a scooter from Nitchanan and it was a great way to tour the island. Nitchanan also helped us book our ferry to Koh Tao and gave us a lift in her car to the ferry terminal. Their cat and dog are just gorgeous as well. We really enjoyed our time at Nitchanan's Villa's and highly recommend it. A special mention also needs to go to Nitchanan's staff. The young gentleman is so helpful, polite and welcoming. The girls who do the housekeeping always had a lovely smile and a friendly hello or good morning for us. We felt relaxed, comfortable and safe at Nitchanan's Villa. Thank you Nitchanan for the best stay of our trip to Thailand. If we ever travel back to Koh Phangan we will definitely stay with you again. Johnny and Janet Northern Ireland

- Located at a silent area - Nice pool and garden view (especially while it's raining) - Clean and spacious rooms - We haven't used the kitchen but they have blender, toaster, portable electric stove and all other equipments to prepare your own meal. - We were quite happy with our stay in general

Front staff doesn't speak or understand English well. It wasn't very easy to communicate at some point. They provide motorbike rental service, but I don't suggest to use their motorbikes, because they don't seem to be taken care of the bikes properly. I tried three of the bikes that they provided and all of them had their own issues. Clogged bathroom sink should be fixed.
