A home from home in a beautiful location with plenty of privacy. The Bothy has lots of personal touches and an outside space to sit with a field to walk your dog in the evening. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and more. The extra bonus was access to a private swimming spot. It’s easy to get to Oban and little islands like Easedale and Luing or larger Mull. Luing is a must, if you go the food at the Atlantic Island Centre is delicious. All in all The Bothy provides a perfect get away.
This wasn’t an issue for us as we wanted to switch off but there was no wifi in The Bothy.

A beautiful location, very quiet and peaceful.Very friendly and helpful owners. They couldn't do enough for us. It was our Golden Wedding anniversary and they left a lovely bottle of bubbly for us which was very much appreciated.
Loved the very tame lambs and chickens roaming around. There is a private jetty and a shoreline a short walk away which was ideal for a picnic and relaxing.
The Bothy is very warm and comfortable. Very well equipped, it had everything we needed.
This was our third trip to the bothy and no doubt we will return again.
There is nothing we didn't like. Perfect for us.

4kleine Waisenschäfchen sind frei umhergelaufen, Hühner und Ronja der Hofhund war immer present. Cookie der Eigentümer, ein liebevoller Cosmopolit. Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit an einem wunderschönen Ort verbracht. Danke dafür!!!!!!!

The location of the bothy of Seil is lovely, plenty of walking / hiking nearby and the scenery is stunning and very relaxing.
The bothy itself was decent however it could benefit from a few improvements like a more powerful plumbing / shower with the showerhead placed at a more convenient height (too low) and little things like a toilet roll holder.
Addition of WiFi would also help especially when most of the days activities are planned via phones (activity booking / up to date weather etc.)
I would say a little over priced but can't fault the location.
