Friendliness and patience of the staff and manager especially. Food was great for a simple eater like me.

Not much I didn’t like only downside €8 euro a pint in he bar but maybe that’s standard for Dublin

Leroy who runs Kennedy pub and the hotel is the nicest person in the world and went out of his way to help . If you want to stay at a place that will not break your budget . This is it

The location is in a nice area in Drumcondra, with buses to the city centre, if required. I didn't have time to experience the pub, which looked nice - except to pick up and leave back the key.
I am not sure why it is called a B&B when the second B is payable... There was an issue not having a remote control for the TV, although they tried to find one - to no avail. Handbasin in bathroom is very small. Having to move the tea tray over to the side of the bed to plug in the kettle is never convenient. In general, room was not the most cosy, but OK for a night.
