Great location. Walking distance from Kobe station and many of the must see spots in the city. Convenience store, bars, restaurants and shopping close by. Large and comfortable capsules. The staff is amazing, big thank you to them!

The hostel's location is super good. Easy to plan for any trips. Easy to find the food, to shop.
The mattress probably needs replacing. The sofa's surface could be replace with a fabric that is easy to clean and maintain. Otherwise, it is nice and quite to rest.

Clean facilities
I had the single room next to the entrance door, without ear plugs you'll ear people come and go.
The room is small and you stop the ventilation (very noisy!) the room does smell like feet ! it needs a deep smell cleaning.
The matress is very used.
No bin in the room.
