Clean, well appointed. I liked the location as it is slightly outside the busy touristed areas but still close to the main attractions and a tram stop.
Not overly personable as check in done remotely. No ability for a second key to the room which was an issue in a twin room. So many instructions…understand the need to give information but felt a bit belittling / pedantic / common sense.

The apartment was clean. Staff greeted us at front door. Was able to leave our luggage until check in. Easy walk to town. Breakfast was great and ready for us.

Location, clean, acces, Irina was a great housekeepeer. She gave us 2 tram tickets for free. Very nice lady.

Good location, 20-minute walk to the centre which was ideal. Some nice cafes, restaurants and bars nearby. Good size room and bathroom which was clean, we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the evening once the city was quieter.
Room needs some TLC where plaster has come off the walls and the woodwork on the door had been taped together. There were lots of check-in instructions about what you can/can’t do which felt a bit condescending, but nothing about checking out until I asked about paying tourist tax. Due to contactless check-in staff are only available during certain hours which wasn’t made clear. We stayed on the 4th floor and it was extremely noisy from the room above.
