Had a fantastic stay at FLUX. Check in and out process was easy and smooth. Nicola was very helpful and sent us lots of recommendations for food and things to do in the area which was fab! The accommodation was close to bus and tram stops and in a nice quiet area.

I stayed with my 17 year old daughter for two evenings at Flux.
We really enjoyed our stay!
Very well appointed room. Location is excellent. Close to many forms of public transport and the sights.
Host is communicative and informative via messaging.
Everything went smoothly for us staying here.

The only issue we had was a misunderstanding about how to open the apartment door. Nicola was very quick to explain what I had misunderstood in the instructions however and we had no issues from there forward.

Great communication from Nicola, very clear instructions and super helpful. Excellent location, very clean and spacious room. The air conditioning stopped working due to us pressing a wrong button on the remote and Nicola very kindly came over late at night to fix it.

The owner was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and offered excellent value for money. The location was convenient, with easy access to Florence's main attractions by public transport, and there were several restaurants, cafés, and a lovely park with free live music nearby.
Nothing in particular. Everything met or exceeded our expectations, and we had a very pleasant stay.
