Pietro was amazing - meeting us after 11pm to guide us to the property - above and beyond. They also very kindly bought us some amazing Connola - thank you so much🙏 The apartment was in the centre of Ortigia which was wonderful to just wonder around and pop down to the sea for a swim. The courtyard was beautiful and so lovely to sit out in especially in the evenings.
We found the bed a bit hard but realise that the firmness of a mattress is a very personal thing and didn't detract from the stay.

The courtyard area. Lovely welcoming hosts who left water and Cannoli in the fridge as a welcoming gift. We were brought coffee on our first morning and we enjoyed the chats with our hosts. Access to a washing machine was also appreciated. The Courtyard was an excellent place to sit and relax, have our breakfast and to avoid midday heat.
