We absolutely loved the location and the helpful staff
The la knot hot water and pressure, we noticed after the first night that no hot water was available in the evening. Therefore I started to take my showers in the afternoon. I do understand that’s a very unique place and shortage of hot water is probably an issue when the hotel is at capacity. The WiFi in our room was also working on and off?

Everything was absolutely magnificent: the breathtaking view, the perfect location, the beautiful suite and the attention given to every detail. The entire staff was extremely kind and welcoming. A special thank-you to the manager, Mr Mehmet, for his professionalism and genuine care, and to Mr Algul Hayati for his warmth, kindness and wonderful hospitality during breakfast. They made our honeymoon in Cappadocia truly magical and unforgettable.

The breakfast was the best we have ever had. And on the last day, we had an early flight so we would miss the breakfast so they made us a packed breakfast to take with us.
The staff were amazing and they genuinely wanted you to have the best stay.
I would 100% recommened Cappadocia and the hotel.

Breakfast was amazing and the staff were very friendly and trying to be helpful. The view is lovely although we can only see it when we go outside.
The room was not up to the cleaning standards. The shower head was broken splashing water. The bathroom door could not be closed. Just outside our room window there was a table where people were smoking. Bedding caused me some itchiness. Bathroom had a bad smell, the staff put naphthaline balls in the sink as a solution.
