The manager’s welcome was very dedicated and friendly. Her experience in tourism was impressive and very rich.
She was highly communicative, and her commitment as a hotel manager was to gradually improve the quality of service in line with customer needs and modern expectations.
Her vision was unique and ambitious.
I would like to see more people like her in the tourism sector in Albania.
Mrs. Lirie was a great asset to the growing hopes of tourism in Albania.

The service was very kind and very helpful. Whenever we asked for something, we got it.
The location was far from the beach. Your had to go around 15 min over the forest full of garbage. Cleaning of the room is not provided by the rule. However, we asked once and we got it. By the rule family of 4 gets 2 towels. At the night there was an odor from the toilet. There were ants in the room. There is only one person from service that can speak English. If you don't have a car with you, you are doomed. Nearest restaurant few hundred meters, but there is no walking passway. Nearest shop 1.5km. nothing available by foot.
