The staff at the breakfast bar, pool bar and restaurant, as well as the cleaners, are very friendly and nice.
Breakfast is very good.
The prices in the restaurant and bar are reasonable, and the food is good.
The spa area is also OK, but the water in the jacuzzi should be changed as it smells...
The beach area is also very popular. However, the problem of guests leaving their towels on the chairs for hours without showing up should be addressed.
'You? Eye roll. Do you have a reservation at this hotel? Eye roll' - the worst welcome to 5* hotel i ever had... seems It's not suitable to dress up in sports trekking outfits while driving to this hotel. The receptionist and the hotel management are pushy and unwelcoming, and ignore guests. The only people who are more pushy are the guests who feel super important and make the stay very unpleasant.
The water quality is not the best, so I would be careful about swimming in the sea.

Beautiful rooms and lovely pool area with snack bar and restaurant. Placed right next to the beach which was ideal.
We had a lovely time here save for two bad experiences. Firstly, we found the hotel extremely difficult to contact to amend our booking. The number on their website did not work and they did not reply to my email or my booking.com messages. Secondly, they offered to organise a taxi to the airport for €32. The taxi driver seemed to be a family friend and drove erratically with loud music and texting and taking phone calls and we felt very unsafe. Once we arrived at the airport he asked for 3,200 Lek which is the equivalent of €35, not €32. When questioned he said it was company policy to use the currencies €1=100Lek which is not the exchange rate.

Extremely grateful to the reception guy with glasses who helped with 100 lek for bus. Hope he will receive the bonus!
no mosquito nests and rooms needs a fresh renovation- issue with sink and doors are erosion and corrosion. Jacuzzi doesn't work properly-no hot water
