The breakfast was a good and typical Albanian hotel buffet breakfast. The view from the rooftop restaurant was great.
I was going this be charged 10€ to use the pool or subloungers after checkout, or or had to order something to sit in the rooftop restaurant- even though no one else was up there. I had a lovely stay, but the welcome finished the moment of checkout, and high was a shame with a late afternoon flight.

The swimming pool was amazing, really delicious breakfast and nice staff.
The rooms aren’t sound proof as they seemed to be but it’s not horrible.

The location is excellent.
All the staff especially (Receptionist; Anja) are so cordial and professional in all ramifications.
It's a place to revisit.
Only that the glass partitions separating the toilet from the shower was creaking.

Room was a nice, large size with a balcony. Air conditioning worked great and seemed clean and tidy to me. Breakfast was nice. Not a lot of variation bit definitely did the job. The pool on the top floor is a nice touch but is very cold so people were hesitant to use it.
Seemed a lot of attempts to penny pinch for various things. We arrived at 11pm and straight off they charged us an extra £20 for the room. We had to show the guy the maths multiple times to prove he was wrong before he relented. However the refund was issued in cash as that was what was convenient for him and he didn't have change so told us that we had to go and get change and give him it back (and they made sure to chase it)!
Absolutely no food or drink allowed from outside of the hotel and this includes water! In a hot country this seems a bit ridiculous. They even have a water fountain with breakfast but you may not fill your bottle with it.
Once you've checked out at 11 you cannot use any facilities in the hotel whatsoever unless you pay €10 per person. You will then be told that its actually 1.000 lek but the card machine only accepts euro so apparently it needs converting again and that is actually €21.74??
I think a bit more leniency with the "rules" would make you feel much more inclined to spend money there as you'd feel much more welcome and relaxed
