The room was large and spacious, and my room went directly into the pool. Lovely quiet rooms during the night, but being that close to the pool you can’t grumble that people wake up early for a swim. Very few hotels these days have a shower and a bath in the same room. The staff at the hotel made it rememberable. Polite professional and courteous I use the spa twice and both times thoroughly enjoyed the excellent service. Also got to use the restaurant a couple of times which was wonderful.
The shower was slightly grubby, but tolerable.

Well located close to restaurants , Monkey Forest, Supermarket, walking distance to Ubud palace. Convenient for all activities.
Very hard beds, incredibly hard mattresses.
Old off-white towels
Very poor WiFi, impossible to work, ok to watch movies
TV doesn’t work.
Room cleaning very superficial (old bandaid was in the shower for 5 days)
