The view, the pool, the garden, the privacy, beds room and bathrooms. All fantastic and 🤩
There are no hooks to hang up a jack or clothes

The owner was fantastic. Anything we asked he sorted out and there were a few issues but I cannot fault his service. Lots of towels available and replacements. Overall lovely properties and great swimming pools. Small local food shops nearby, buses easy to get around.
We stayed at two different houses as the beds weren’t correct layout in the first one. Both properties had a lot of ants but seems to be everywhere has an ant problem.
The first house was very new and lovely with en-suites in every room, the second property was larger but older and only one main bathroom upstairs which had no working lock on the door.

Everything was sooo amazing! The villa is comfortable, clean, spacious, had all the things a family might need for a short or long stay. We felt at home, the view of the sea and the mountain behind is out of this world!
The kids loved the goats we were surrounded by, they loved the pool, the several outdoor seating areas ... just amazing!! Location is perfect - walking distance to Pefkos, 10 min drive to Lindos, but peaceful enough not to hear any of the hustle from town! I will 100% be back!
I can't fault it. The only thing I would have liked to see is some board games for those rainy days!!

This was our third visit to Elements Villas. The outside space and view remains fantastic. There are various areas to sit and relax during the course of the day and the location itself is perfectly positioned for a nice walk into Pefkos as well as a short taxi ride to Lardos.
The villa was nice internally although a bit tired in the bathroom areas......perhaps this was to do with being the end of the summer period although the expectation is that standards should remain regardless of time of year. One of the bathrooms on the ground floor had an unpleasant smell from the water drain which was reported (through WhatsApp), and while it was acknowledged that someone would look at the issue, unfortunately no one appeared. There was a question raised on the cold temperature of water for showers (via booking.com app) and to check if this was a fault as a result of a stormy day although again no response was provided. The water temperature remained inconsistent for the week which was disappointing given it had been reported.
