Stunning villa with a beautiful view and amazing pool! excellent location with restaurants, supermarket close by. Very clean with all amenities to make a very comfortable and pleasant stay! Fotis is extremely welcoming and helpful and always on hand for recommendations!

Exceptional

The villa is extremely comfortable and beautiful, equipped with everything a large family or group of friends needs for a summer holiday. A sandy beach with umbrellas and a beach bar is accessible within 7-8 minutes walking distance, and the infinity pool in the villa is large enough and provides a coolness and party mood at all times. The nearby village of Pefkos is just 15 minutes away and provides cosy restaurants, fast food and take away places, shops. Our heartfelt thanks to our host Fotis who tirelessly looked after us and took care of everything from small inquiries to more serious concerns (his calmness and awareness during the fires on the island was infectious and very much appreciated :) We would love to come back!

Nothing. Ants were a bit of a problem, but we have encountered this at the beach villas on other occasions and we were largely prepared. It just requires a bit more care not to leave food out in the open that attracts them.

Beautiful villa, wonderful host.

A group of 6 of us stayed at Elements Villa number 1, arriving Sunday 16th July 2023 just before the wildfires. I’ll review the amenities of the villa in the second section, but first it’s worth describing Fotis’ (the villa host) response to the fires first: We started to smell the smoke on the Thursday, and by the Friday evening we could see the smoke coming from the mountains towards Lardos (about 15min drive away). Fotis was extremely responsive to WhatsApp messages, he kept us updated and calm, and by the Saturday morning when we had no electricity or water, Fotis was at the villa to support us. He gave us the two options - we could stay in the villa where we were safe and had all our things, or we go to a hotel where there would be power/water/restaurants, he then explained the hotels would have approx. 400 people in the same situation and the better option was to stay in the villa. Thank god we did, because we later found these people were evacuated by the beaches and went through a very traumatic situation. Fotis kindly offered to drive us to the supermarket to get supplies, (we usually walked - less than 10 mins) and gave us guidance on how to stay cool and safe, he also remained in the area incase we needed him. As the day/evening went on Fotis stayed in touch, and finally when we could see the flames in the distance/we got the emergency evacuation message at midnight, I was in panic mode. He managed to secure us a taxi to the airport at 1am (15 hours before our scheduled flight home). It is worth noting at this time there were hundreds if not thousands of holidaymakers on the sides of the roads trying to evacuate and waiting for taxis/buses, and Fotis got us one within 30mins. We are all extremely grateful for how calm, approachable, and knowledgeable he was during a very worrying time. He went above and beyond for us and I can’t thank him enough. The villa - we walked up the steps with our mouths wide open - it’s stunning.

Amazing holiday. Relaxing by the pool, short walk to the sea 300m away of a 20min walk down to the beach and water sport

The views from the property were amazing. Good 3 sized bedrooms, everything we needed in the kitchen and poolside are was gorgeous 3 min walk to nearest restaurant and small convenience store. 15 min walk to more restaurants all of which were lovely.

Amazing, relaxing holidays perfect for groups.

The view from the terrace and pool is amazing. It is very private and located in a calm area. We enjoyed the whole house and slept very well. Most nights, we sat in the lounge area of the terrace watching the sunset.

The wifi-connection was rather slow and if you want to go to the beach, it is a longer walk to get to it.

The villa facilities were superb. The host was also very responsive to any follow-up request.

Not a dislike but more a suggestion that some further information could be made available inside the villa on local attractions, places to visit, recommendations etc.

Amazing retreat for families, couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place.

We are so glad we chose this for our 5 nights on Rhodes! The service and all the restaurant recommendations were fantastic. We loved visiting beaches, evenings in Lindos town and retreating back to our villa. The villa itself has everything you need for a relaxing break, even food delivery if you need. We also loved the black out shutters, slept so well. Our boys loved the pool, it’s even better than the photos!

- Location was brilliant but you do need a vehicle to travel. - The host was very helpful - Swimming pool and view was incredible - All the facilities in the kitchen and en suites was already there

Only think I didn't enjoy was that the ants we in the property and I got bit a few times in the leg but that's just cos of the location.

Perfect for famylies!

We stayed for two weeks with small children. Everything we needed was there. And it was easy to drive with rental car to anywhere we wanted. House was nice and clean. Loved staying there!

Loved our stay. Would highly recommend.

The villa looks good on the listing but it's even better in real life. The pool, outdoor space, views and sunset skies are all lovely. We are normally beach people but we ended up spending most mornings around the pool. Nice comfy sun beds, enough for everyone, umbrellas and shaded areas with different seating. Inside is spacious, modern and nice interior design. Huge bed in the main bedroom, comfy mattresses in all rooms. Well equipped kitchen. It's all very thoughfully put together and has nice vibes. A good location for exploring the area but I would say you need a car, especially if you have kids. Fotis was very friendly and helpful and gave us some recommendations for restaurants to visit.

An extra chair in the living room would have been nice. I can't think of anything else I would change.

We really enjoyed staying here, and hopefully, we'll come back soon.

When we arrived at the villa we presented a bottle of wine and fresh water. Many thanks to Fotis for the great support and patience. For every question, we got an immediate response from the host. The villa has a big pool with an infinite view of the sea. We've really enjoyed sating here and hopefully comeback soon.

The villa is absolutely new and we don't have anything to complain about.

Fabulous, stunning, didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back!

Fotis was there for us on arrival well after midnight, very welcoming, helping us carry our luggage. Settling us into villa and giving us great info on local taxis and places to eat. The villa at night, just took our breaths away, stunning all lit up outside the gardens and pool. The decor in villa beautiful, the beds so comfy. Amazing welcome pack on arrival, the views just stunning. Also all the cleaning products there for you to use and big packages of toilet rolls these small things make a big impact. The staff, cleaners, maintenance men and pool guys all fantastic aswell. We didn’t have car, although if anyone struggled with mobility I think I would advise that it’s worth thinking about, if not then Dimitri the taxi driver that Fotis gave us his number was fantastic, can’t recommend him enough. Short walk to beach which is beautiful, Pefkos like 10 minute walk, so many lovely places to eat, Enigma is a must at sunset on the rooftop terrace. St.Paul’s bay, also a must the place is just breathtaking. We had late travel home so was very much appreciated that we were accommodated to villa next door for our last day, as with having small children with us this was needed to have a base and also group of 8 of us with lots of luggage. We can’t wait to come back !

Superb house with excellent sea views. Everything provided to a high standard. Lovely pool and plenty of different seating areas. Can walk to beaches. Access to some shops and restaurants but helpful if you have a car to explore the island. Fotis, our host was extremely helpful and recommended some excellent restaurants.

A magical villa that you nerver want to leave!

The moment we stepped in to the villa the only word to say was WOW! We were six friends staying in this villa and it surely surpassed our expectations. The sea view and the view of the mountains behind the villa was amazing. The pool area had everything; alot of cozy places to chill and eat at, aswell as a big and clean pool. It was also very close (2 min walk) to the ocean if you wanted to take a swim. The inside of the house was cool and fresh. The air conditioner was great and the rooms were spacious and beautiful. We all had our own bathroom which was very good! Fotis, which we rented from, was very helpful and kind. He helped us with the transfer from and to the airport and could always answer our questions about the villa and the area. Everything felt very luxury and we can really recommend this place. Looking forward to come back! :)

Nothing bad to say at all! If something, it was pretty hard to find a taxi close to the villa if you didn’t book before. On the other hand, the bus stop was close to the villa which was really good.

Luxury villa with a professional service

Extraordinary, amazing view of the endless see beyond the turquoise water of the stretched swimming pool. Sophisticated, quality natural costal design everywhere in the house and in the garden. Very well equiped, even the kitchen we could find everything we needed for a large family. Wifi and air conditioning were also excellent. And the host, Fotis Platis was utmost professional, very flexible and helpful. We tried at least 5 things among his recommendations (restaurants, beaches etc) and never disappoointed. Thank you sos much for this great holiday!

Gorgeous place to stay.

Lovely villa, beautiful views and lovely seating areas outside. Well air conditioned. Nice touch leaving a welcome bottle of wine and water.

Bed mattresses too soft, but may just be my preference.

Just wow!!!!

The moment we walked up the stairs to the villa it just had the WOW factor. The manager Fotis was unbelievable he was there when we arrived and could not do enough for us. we 100% will be returning next year. it’s a short walk to Pfknos and our 6 year old easily managed it every night. we could of stayed in the villa everyday it’s that beautiful. 100% would recommend for families.
