Extras on arrival like eggs and bread, shampoo and soaps. Well equipped kitchen.
Great pool and location very close to shops and restaurants
Spacious villas with plenty of bathrooms.
Note - these villas have spiral staircases - not suitable for small children. Washing machines could do with an update.

The apartments are in an excellent location, straight on to the main road up a short drive way where the restaurants are. The apartment was very spacious for a family of 4 - 3 adults and a child but could easily fit more children. The balconies were great and also very spacious.
The pool area was lovely - very quiet when we first arrived (week before UK half term), more people came towards the end of the week but it was still calm and relaxing. The pool was heated as advertised - people, don't expect it to be warm like a jacuzzi but you definitely notice the difference when you go in a non-heated pool!
Communication from Maria was great and very responsive. We were allowed to keep the apartment until we left on check out day for a €60 fee. This made things so much easier for us with having an evening flight.
Not a 'dislike' as such but the apartment is a bit tired in places like other reviews have mentioned. Towel rail wonky, shelf on TV unit not attached properly so fell off when books were removed, stain in the downstairs shower that looked a bit unsightly - I did try to clean this but it wouldn't come off. The jacuzzi bath - I wouldn't even want to try this as it had limescale all around the holes - most likely ot is clean but it didn't look great.
I don't want to make a big deal out of it as I didn't raise it as an issue at the time, but I felt like the apartment could have been cleaned better prior to our arrival - some surfaces had dust on them e.g around shower base, top of light switches, TV. Also pool had a few lose tiles that were sat in the bottom of the pool. None of this affected the holiday or our stay but details that I notice.
The spiral staircase might be an issue for those with mobility issues, elderly or very young children.
Overall we loved our stay but a few improvements could be made to keep up with the 'deluxe' name.

Alles perfekt! Sehr schönes Haus mit wunderschönem Garten und Pool. Tolle Lage und super Service. Sehr nettes Hauspersonal.
Sehr gut eingerichtet und sehr kinderfreundlich.
Alles was man braucht( Restaurants, Bars, Supermärkte) ist Fußläufig erreichbar. Durch die Lange Einfahrt dennoch sehr ruhig.
