El espacio y la tranquilidad del lugar, la disposición de todo el personal, variedad de actividades, la habitación es grande y tiene lo justo para una buen hospedaje. Alexis y Laura fueron muy amables, nos ayudaron bastante de una forma cercana.

El desayuno estuvo bien. Mejoraría un poco la actitud y el servicio de las personas que sirven el buffet los fines de semana, son un poco oscas. Disfrutamos del campo de golf, el bar karaoke, la piscina y la habitación es confortable y espaciosa.
Podría mejorarse la limpieza de las zonas verdes y áreas comunes campestres ya que encuentra uno arrumes de objetos, plasticos, desechables, papeles , especialmente en los alrededores del área hotelera y zona de estar al lado del lago en el campo de golf.

The room was spacious and clean and the reception staff friendly and patient. Bear in mind that there are tennis courts but you need to bring your own equipment - its not possible to borrow tennis rackets.
Our preordered dinner was cold and smushy, the cocktails undrinkable. Also: Even though we ecplicitly declined ordering 4 bottles of water, it was brought to our room anyway and charged to our bill and we had to pay it in the end. The wine bought at the hotel was already opened and spoiled, leading to a night of stomach pain and nausea (at least we could return the bottle without being charged the price of 70.000 COP). We got rashes on our skin - probably from the pool water. Several amenities that were listed on booking.com were not included in the room (e.g. coffee maker, bath robes...).
