Excellent kitchen facilities, well equipped and clean; hosts (Matt and his lady) were very friendly and helpfull, giving us all the necessary information; nice true-Irish-pub experience; excellent and peacefull location near the main intercity road; spacious enough for the whole family.
The beds are a bit hard; the bathroom could be cleaner.

Convenient for overnight stay after a wedding in nearby muinebeag
Odd smell, possibly damp, overall cleanliness, marks on walls, mould in bathroom on ceiling and grout, hand towel had make up marks on it when we arrived, electric sockets at bed for lamps and phone charging were not working, bed linen was clean, beds were comfortable but all in same room and kitchen alongside, quiet at night, just needs a bit more attention and cleaning.
