The beds and sheets were so comfortable and soft, the house was clean and tidy and had plenty of cooking equipment, also pet friendly and the hot tub was a bonus, also loved all the animals around and the views were unbelievable, we unfortunately didn’t get to meet the hosts but there numbers were written down inside if we did need anything, wish we could have stayed longer and did a horse riding lesson , but we will definitely be back

The lodge was beautiful. Beds were so comfy and the lodge itself had every possible thing u could need. The jacuzzi was amazing and there were plenty towels available. The hosts were so kind and its a very safe place for kids. Our boys were obsessed with Spok the friendly goat, the horses, dog and cat. There was also a swing ball set and badminton set which was adored. We cant wait to book again.

Beautiful location and views
The hot tub clearly had not been cleaned in a long time. The water was filthy and smelled awful. Dead skin cells and dirt all around the water line. The blinds inside were covered in dust, the fan too which I have now seen was mentioned in a previous review and still in the same condition. Very disappointing as the place has so much to offer if it had been clean would have been amazing. Inside all the drawers was dusty and dirty. The lodge is also directly facing the owners front door which is not shown in the photos so was a bit too close for comfort.
