Spacious room with a good view. Comfortable bed.
No chairs in our room, although there was plenty of space for some.
Everything seemed a bit tired, eg the stair handrails were loose in places, and the window catches in our room were loose.
Not what I expected for the deluxe description.
Breakfast was well cooked but very basic.

Handy location; good parking; comfy bed and big room
It was fairly noisy early in the morning, I could hear other people up and about elsewhere in the property from before 6am. Sadly I couldn’t stay for breakfast so I can’t comment on that.

Very tired property, carpets in need of a very good clean, inside and outside the room. Not keen on the self check in, lacked the personal touch you usually associate with a good bed and breakfast. Self service breakfast with limited choice and no fresh coffee, mug of instant coffee which was ok.
