Very clean and brilliant location. Host was helpful when we needed help urgently. Good communication.
Bed very comfortable.
Nothing. Couple of things would have been useful in kitchen tea towel and chopping board if I’m being fussy but I’m sure host would have provided if we had asked. Elsewhere well equipped.

Perfect location for a single/ couple, even for a longer stay - it is small but extremely well organized and very clean, in all places. The location is great, near a high-end lively street, packed with nice restaurants, local grocery stores and pasticerias. Also, every interesting objective is at walking distance.

The location is amazing in the best food area of Parma. Lots of space and a functional apartment for 2 people for a few days.
The bed was a sofa bed and a bit uncomfy, the sofa had no cushions on the back so was not nice to actually sit on to watch the TV and the apartment smelled like cigarette smoke the whole time we were there (we are non-smokers so this was not nice).

Great location. Well renovated apartment. Kitchen had utencils for cooking and coffee machine. Shower is a bit small, but overall the bathroom was also good. Laundry machine available. Openable window.
We were at the end of May during a heat wave (36 degrees outside), but the airco is not turned on in the building until 1st of June. The temperature indoors reached 28 degrees and it was impossible to cool down even with windows fully open at night. Windows fully open at night meant also all the noise from the streets (because it is in the city centre), and many many mosquitos. It was very hard to sleep. This was not specified in the website. It should, since I booked this place because of the air conditioning.
