Very convenient to the center of the city and the Pillota museum. Very easy distance from the train station. This was important this trip because I was traveling with two older ladies with mobility issues. This apartment is however a 2nd floor walk up (3rd floor American) with no elevator. The apartment is clean, and beautiful. The stairs and corridor to reach it are dark and dingy and will make you doubt your choice but trust the process. All of the interactions we had with neighbors in the hallway were very positive. Good hot water and water pressure. Narrow, European-size shower. If you are on the wider size, you might find it claustrophobic but comfortable for tall people. Great sound proofing on the windows. You can’t hear the city noises. The air conditioner does its best but we found that it was not sufficient to handle the end of summer heat if you just turn it on when you reach the apartment. Maybe if you leave it on while you’re out?
In order to reach the center of the city from the apartment you must pass through a couple of blocks that are frequented by hundreds of young and middle aged males who appear to be recent immigrants (not Italian speakers) and seem to be prone to going to and hanging out in the square in front of the museum at night. It would not have felt safe to move through that area if I was traveling alone or out later than 10 pm. However you also have two carabinieri stations within three or four streets so if you scream someone would hear and get to you quickly.

Sehr freundlich und nett, alles vorhanden hier vom Parkplatz über Küche und Utensilien super gelegen Central direkt in der Stadt und auch nur kurze Weg zum Bahnhof

Utilizzata per una giornata in giro per Parma in posizione comoda,non so perchè ma ho avuto un po di problemi con il navigatore la prima volta per trovare l'accesso,poi risolto .
Forse nel bagno un aspiratore non sarebbe male,c'è una piccola finestra ma serve a poco

There was no Aircondition as mentioned but the apartment could use it because it was very warm at night.
