The room was spacious and well equipped. The staff at reception were lovely and always helpful.
I missed reading that there was no housekeeping on the weekends so was surprised to return to my room on a Saturday afternoon to find dirty towels still on the floor. But, no drama at all...I simply went down to reception and Giulio (sp?) was friendly and happy to provide me with fresh towels. Crisis averted.

Superb in virtually every aspect.
The reception area should be housed further from Epson Road to avoid having to double back from the pedestrian crossing.

Great location. Professional + lovely staff. Beautiful pool + outdoor area.
Extra $20 a day for parking. Couldn't check in until after 2pm. Noisy neighbours or something in the building in the early-am hours woke me up.

Good location close to public transport. Spaciaous room with good amenities. Good secure carparking.
Noisy location - windows are not double glazed unfortunatly so traffic noise all night. No ear plugs provided either like other noisy locations provide.
