Room was located in a very quiet area (as requested). The location of hotel was perfect for my appointment at the Royal Melbourne Hospital. Also, hotel located in walking distance to RMH. The bed was very comfortable, as was the pillow I used.
No room service for food. No microwave. Otherwise, all good.

Check in staff friendly - easy street parking.
Close to trams and hospital if needing to use it. 10mins to city
Felt dirty. Carpets really felt like they needed replacement. One bed nice and soft the other hard as a rock. Hard to describe in words but just felt dirty and really old. Huge gaps in door frame showed all the light out in the hallway. Walls fairly thin.
