Loved staying in this hotel. Staff were so helpful and even scored a room upgrade. Room was perfect, location great close to the heart of things but far enough away to be peaceful. Bed was super comfortable. Loved the black out blinds allowed me to sleep in without knowing what was happening outside.

Clean, easy walking distance into the city. Modern facilities
The bed was uncomfortable with 2 single bed pushed together. You can feel where the beds separate. Surely you could get a thick mattress protector to stop this. Housekeeping was disappointing, they didn’t come clean our room one day and when we asked at reception they didn’t do anything about it. Just offering what we need, we got new towels but it still wasn’t cleaned

The location and the jacuzzi were great
The bathroom was not clean. The grout between the tiles was black. Additionally the build of the bathroom was not thought out, the shower door has massive gaps at the bottom and sides. Every shower we took flooded the bathroom
