Bathroom lovely and new, good location in the city
Thought I had done an online check in, but it isn’t really a check in, so maybe should just send one less email.

Cleanliness
I tried calling the receptionist four times at different times throughout the day, but no one answered. I needed information about the parking options and flexibility available so I could plan my visit properly.
Because I couldn't get through to anyone, I had to leave my car at the station, which was not my preferred option. When I arrived at the property and asked why no one had answered my calls, I was simply told that everyone was busy.
In my opinion, this is not an acceptable level of customer service. It gave me the impression that customer concerns were not a priority. The lack of communication caused unnecessary inconvenience and forced me to change my plans.
What disappointed me most was that no one offered even a simple apology. A sincere apology would have made a significant difference, but unfortunately it felt as though no one really cared about the inconvenience caused.
